Desperate Housemaids is really cleaning up Canada!
Much more now, since we're on the popular TV Show Kim's Rude Awakenings, as their official canadian cleaning company!
Kim Woodburn, host of the British series How Clean Is Your House, is looking for a “family member, a neighbour or a friend that lives their life with a complete lack of cleanliness, etiquette or organization,” to take part in her new show, Kim’s Rude Awakenings.
A stickler for good-old fashioned British manners, Kim wants to shape up the nation: cleaning up their acts and their homes leaving household pride and family harmony in her wake.
According the W Network casting notice: "We’re looking for outgoing and fun-loving families who have children and live in the Greater Toronto Area. They should have a home with an overall sense of chaos which may or may not include:
- Difficulties with time management and scheduling of things like health and dental appointments or the kids' extra curricular activities
- Too much clutter, a significant junk collection and other packrat like behaviour
- Too many pets taking over the home- Disrespectful behavior between family members
- Unfinished projects
- A general lack of tidiness and cleanliness
- No time for healthy, sit down family meals
- A lack of systems for paperwork and making sure the bills get paid
